Annual Parent Survey: 2014-2015
Title I schools have the opportunity to tailor programs based on the needs of their students and parents. This survey is your opportunity to share what parents need when it comes to educating their children. Your input is extremely important. The survey results will be used by the Freedom Area School District Title I Coordinator, Misty Slavic, and by your school’s Title I Planning Team in developing the Parent Involvement Policy, School-Parent Compact, and the Calendar of Parent Events.
Please Click HERE to fill out the survey. All surveys are confidential.
Request a paper copy from the Intermediate School or Elementary School offices, or by contacting the Title I coordinator.
